Your data are necessary for the conclusion of an agreement and performance of a service. The provision of data is voluntary, yet necessary for conclusion of the agreement. If personal data are not provided, the agreement will not be concluded. The provision of data required to issue an invoice is a statutory obligation and follows from the Act on goods and services tax. Otherwise, the provision of personal data is voluntary, is not a statutory or contractual obligation and does not constitute a condition for concluding the agreement.
You can either express all consents, certain consents or no consent at all.
Each consent can be withdrawn at any time in connection with the processing of personal data without suffering any adverse consequences. To do so, you should send an e-mail, call or send a letter by regular post using the contact details indicated above. The willingness to withdraw consent can be expressed in any manner of choice. The important thing is that your message reaches us effectively. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, which means that until you withdraw the consent your data are lawfully processed by GET IT.

Only with your consent do we make your personal data available to entrepreneurs who cooperate with GET IT, so they can use those for marketing purposes. We make data available only to those GET IT Partners to whom you have consented.
Your data will be disclosed to recipients which solely include companies which cooperate with us and perform tasks ordered by us and on our behalf. In such cases we have agreements concluded with those entities to ensure security of your data. Due to the fact that the entities frequently change, we are not able to present a comprehensive list of them, however, if you would like to know which entities are currently collaborating with us, you can always ask.
We will not transfer your personal data to third countries (outside the European Economic Area).
You have the right to access, rectify, erase your personal data and also the right to restrict their processing. You also have the right to transmit your personal data to another controller. You have the right to object to the processing of your data for the purpose of marketing of GET IT’s own products or services.
Your data will be stored for as long as necessary for the performance of an agreement between yourself and GET IT or an agreement concluded on your behalf by another entity, and thereafter for a period corresponding to a period of limitations of claims which can be made by GET IT or against GET IT.
If your personal data are processed for the purpose of complying with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject, the personal data will be stored for a period necessary to comply with the obligation. Data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until you have withdrawn the consent. If your data are processed on the grounds of a legitimate interest of the controller, where the grounds for the processing is the performance of an agreement concluded with GET IT on your behalf, the data will be processed until the legitimate interest which forms the grounds for the processing is complied with. If your data are processed on the grounds of a legitimate interest of the controller, where the grounds for the processing is direct marketing of own products and services, your personal data will be processed until you have objected to it.
You may currently lodge such complaints with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection. However, it should be noted that soon the President of the Personal Data Protection Office will become the competent supervisory authority in this respect.
Your personal data are not subject to automated processing (e.g. profiling) which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. However, we use cookies and other systems for recording traffic on our websites (profiling for marketing purposes).
